Your preparation

Once you have completed your booking, your preparations for your stay will begin. You will receive all the important information by email, including a link to schedule a 30-minute consultation with one of our experts. During this call, you will learn how to get the most out of the CERENEO PREVENTION app before your stay to track information about exercise, nutrition, and sleep.

Online doctor consultation

As part of the pre-diagnostic process, a medical online consultation with our medical director takes place four weeks before your stay at CERENEO PREVENTION. During this consultation, your individual needs and goals are assessed. Based on this consultation, we determine your specific diagnostic requirements.

Comprehensive medical diagnostics

In our Prevention Center, you will undergo a comprehensive two-day diagnostic assessment to determine your current health status.

Our check-up includes:

  • MRI of the brain
  • Neuroprevention Laboratory Differential blood count, electrolytes, trace elements, vitamins, kidney and liver function tests, thyroid hormones, lipid and blood sugar levels, inflammatory markers, dementia markers in the blood , including assessment by a doctor
  • Neuro-ultrasound (sonography of the brain)
  • Spiroergometry A perfomrance test on an ergometer precisely analyzes physical performance. It reveals how efficiently the heart, lungs, and metabolism work together. This allows for the determination of optimal training zones, the avoidance of over- or under-exertion, and the derivation of individualized recommendations for health, prevention, and performance improvement.
  • ECG
  • Body composition analysis Determines muscle mass, body fat percentage, distribution of muscle mass and fat across body segments, visceral fat, BMI and biological age.
  • Metabolic and nutritional analysis
  • Continuous blood glucose monitoring You will have the option of wearing a continuous glucose monitor that measures your blood glucose levels over several days. This will give us a comprehensive picture and show us how your daily habits affect your blood glucose levels.

Your stay

You will receive comprehensive feedback on your diagnosis, and together with you our medical team will develop an individual program for your further stay.

As part of your personal prevention program, you will learn evidence-based methods to promote your physical and mental performance, how you can support this through adequate nutrition and sustainably integrate it into your everyday life.

Different stimuli are used. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone to discover new ways to make your everyday life healthier and more neuropreventive.

Continuous support in everyday life

At the end of your stay, you will have a final consultation with our medical director. Based on your health status, you will agree on goals that you will pursue with our support over the next 12 months. You will receive a training plan, and we will accompany you on your journey to a sustainably healthy, active, and enjoyable lifestyle: regular online coaching sessions will promote your personal development and help you stay on track.
